A mini quilt made for a friend. I'd always wanted to make a quilt for a friend who loves flowers and gardening.  This summer she gave me gobs of flowers and I wanted to make something to show her how much I appreciated it.  It didn't turn out quite how I'd hoped, but she was pleased.

 
 Here are some of the buttons  shaped like a watering can, pair of gardening gloves and a pot of basil. My aunt found them at a closeout sale years ago and I saved them for a special project.
